Project: GaomingDemonstrationPark project of FoshanCeramic Industrial Base

Overview: the park covers a land area of approximately 3766 acres and it aims at
building a fine ceramics production base for manufacturing fine ceramic products
of high quality and high added values, to include special ceramic products, industrial ceramic products, electric ceramic products, etc.. Inaddition, it will alsobuilda
clean, environmental and highly effective ceramic powder and standard rawmaterial production base. The projects that chose to settledown inthis parkmust satisfy the requirements of clean production, clean transportation, clean energy and clean storage. The entry into the park must meet the seven (7) following requirements: (1) the industrial companies entering the park must satisfy the assessment standard of Foshan Cemramic Industrial Structure Adjustment Assessment Guidelines; (2) the industrial companies entering the park must use clean energy,
such as natural gas; (3)the industrial companies entering the park must have
achieved the total tax payment of RMB30 million or above in the last three years;
(4) the productsmanufactured by the industrial companies entering the park must
be fine ceramic products; (5) the industrial companies entering the park must be committed to achieve the following targets within the specified time: pass
ISO9001 quality certification;
pass ISO14000 environmental management certification;
meet the clean productionstandard of the district; (6) the buildings
in thepark shouldmeet the national green standard and exhibit the characteristics
of ecological industrial park; (7) companies of famous brands will havethepriority.

Chinese side investment and composition: provision of land and constructionof infrastructural facilities
